Beautiful old Zhuang minority textile from Guangxi Zhuang/Guizhou province, China. Woven in two panels with silk embroidered “diamond and star” patterned border. There are small repairs noted in enlargement #4, minor fading on the left edge- all consistent with an old piece, some orange and brighter purple silk thread seem to be a later embellishment, indicating that this piece has been handed down several generations and highlights the well toned abrash of the original pattern...

This is made from all hand spun, and hand woven silk on cotton background using only natural dyes, particularly nice are the small, seemingly, random indigo highlights in the field...

Song Dynasty celadon bowl with molded and incised lotus design on the side. This piece has some kiln warpage but other than that it’s good. D: 15.3cm/8in and H: 5.7cm/2.3in.

This has a classic azurite patina with traces of the original iron blades...
