Sales Policy and Guarantee: Abhaya has a simple and realistic return policy. Every item sold is guaranteed to be in the condition and of the period as described, therefore we have a 30 day trial study and examination period (this may be extended if the buyer gives us good cause such as intending to have the item scientifically tested or professionally appraised only if prearranged with Abhaya prior to sale). If the buyer feels that the item is not as described we will cheerfully refund full purchase price minus shipping, provided the item is returned in the condition it was sent within another 30 day period, afterwards all sales are final. This period for examination is to begin from the day of receipt of item. We like and accept PayPal for purchases up to $1000.USD and international bank transfers exceeding this amount. Because of high fees charged by Asian banks we cannot accept online credit cards payments. We accept international bank checks but need to charge an additional $20.USD, for bank administration fees per check, and depending on whether the bank will purchase the check immediately from us, there may be a three to four week wait for the check to clear, as well as Western Union wire transfers. It should be pointed out that, unlike China, Hong Kong does not have any restrictions regarding the export of antiquities, and so all shipments and purchases from Abhaya are absolutely within the law of Hong Kong, SAR (Special Administrative Region).
