| Transitional period porcelain vase with white interior and lavender exterior glazes as well as incised floral and rockery scene. The lavender glaze made its first appearance during the reign of the first Qing emperor Shunzhi, of which, this is a fine example. Rather than ramble on with a lot of pointless hyperbole about how extremely rare this item is-consider it done! Very good to excellent condition with no chips or cracks, only a few shallow scratches consistent with an old ceramic. H: 21cm/8.2in and D:7.3cm/2.9in. Included is a custom made wood stand and padded presentation box. | |||||||||||||
