Rare and exceptionally fine black Shaanxi, Cizhou type glazed, pear shaped wine jar, circa Jin Dynasty (1115 CE – 1234 CE), with brown edged mouthrim and lugs and metallic patinaed highlights. There are a couple of unglazed spots on the body, other than that; this piece is in perfect pristine original condition with no damage whatsoever! H: 15.5cm/6.3in and D: 13.2cm/5.2in.
