Exceptionally rare Southern Song Dynasty black glazed bowl with tortoiseshell highlights. This is quite a unique piece and may be from the Wuyi Shan kiln, if not the Jian Kiln (both located kilns are located in Fujian province). Excellent condition, the original seller says it has a tiny repair on the mouthrim but I cannot find it. D: 11cm/4.3in and H: 5.3cm/2in.
