Fine nephrite Jade perforated disc with strong hexagonal carved pattern. The workmanship on this piece is Qing period and style although the general pattern itself would date to around the Zhou to Han Dynasties. There is some calcification, deep natural staining in the inclusion that runs halfway through the stone, very old and worn minor chips on the edge that seem to predate the carving and dark color (not from Xinjiang) that to me, is an indication that this might have been a much older plain piece (2000-3000 years old) that was recarved during the Qing. This is speculation on my part, having said this, a dating to the Qing Dynasty is guaranteed. D: 12.5cm.
