Classic Tang Dynasty large ovoid white bodied jar with a third of it covered in an outstanding thick (by Tang standards) blue tinted green glaze. There are three large stress fractures (can be noted by the staining) some spots of kiln grit and “smudges” on the glaze, but overall excellent original condition. This is from an old collection with a stable glaze- wood stand included! H: 25cm/9.8in and D: 20cm/7.8in. Looks much nicer in person than the photos indicate.
