Fine contemporary Jun glazed stoneware saucer. Given that, an of the period piece of this color, would now cost between $20,000-$30, 0000.USD, this is an affordable alternative for the aficionado of Jun wares. Compare this to published examples and one would be hard put to tell the difference. This piece seems to be more technically correct in terms of glaze than the other two I have just listed and the color is quite stunning- almost an electric blue and purple.
