Charming hardstone carving of woman holding a lingzhi, as it scratches with some effort, this rules out it being carved from nephrite. The carving is typical Qing style and dates to this period. There is a tiny chip at the corner of her robe as noted in enlargements. This piece has a very nice “feel” and is quite robustly proportioned. L:5.5cm/2.1in, W: 3cm/1.1in and Thickness: 1.6cm/.6in.
