Quirky strands of bronze beads and Kushan charm in the shape of a Hindu Trishula (trident). I acquired these with a group of Kanishka coins that were found in the same place, circa 100CE. Large strand 25cm/9.8in and small strand 9.5cm/3.8in (the holes were too small to fit on the same cord as the larger one). Weight total: 40 grams. See last enlargement for scale. .Free shipping Hong Kong Registered Airmail.

Small early Islamic Central Asian Persian bowl decorated with a figure of a woman in the center and Arabic calligraphy on the rim.. Circa 9/10th CE. Very good condition, aside from typical frits on the rim. The red clay body was dipped in a white slip with decorative brown glaze- immersed in a final clear glaze to prevent the other colored glazes from running. This piece piece will clean up quite nicely. Fired at a moderate heat.. D: 19cm/7.5in and H: 6cm/2.3in.
